In order to build ships and defenses you need to build a shipyard first. Then in the shipyard and defense pages you can construct. Each ship and defense requires different researches before you can build it. You can hover your mouse over each of the units and see what requirements are needed to build it.

Nope, we haven't touch the game mechanics so there are no changes. Maybe you have upgraded a building which reduces the time to construct a spaceship.

The minimum construction time for normal upgrading is 1 second. Instant build is a optional feature which costs dark matter.

No, this is just an example. Multiply and divide by 5 (10 for the speed server) your current points and you will have the interval in which you can be attacked. Everyone having points out of this interval can't attack you and you can't attack them.

2. No it means it is restarted on the day that the server was created. Which was the summer. But yet it was not restarted due to low popularity.

Its best to start with a moon base but it's not necessarily. For example if your moon has 0/6 fields, you can build 5 other structures until it gets 5/6 and then you must build a moon base to increase the room so it will become like this 6/11. Then continue to build other structures. But in order to build phalanx and jump gate you must have moon base at level 1 or above.

It's up to you if you want start with a moon base and then other structures or first build some structures and then moon base. Just make sure you don't get out of room. And if you do just destroy any structure and build a moon base.

The terraformer doesn't affect the moons. It only works on the planets. To increase the room on the moon you need to build/upgrade the moon base. With each level constructed, the moon base provides larger room.
