Is it fair to desapear the debris after a moon is created?

What do you think? Should it stay as it is right now or should it be changed? For now after an attack there is a chance that a moon is formed on the coordinates of the attack and if this is the case then there is no debris to recycle. It's like the moon is formed by the debris field and that's why it's gone.

well there should be limits, getting moon from 100 mil or 10 bil debris, it changes a lot, like there should be limit how much debris moon takes max and over that can be collected. There would be no point to attack high player when he gets a moon, you lose ships and wont get anything!
